Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10 minutes early.

 
 

TRX

Mondays
9:00am – 10:00am

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX is a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Strength & Cardio

Tuesdays
4:30pm - 5:30pm

Cardio Fit - A total-body, high-intensity cardio and strength workout

Strength - A full-body strength and conditioning class using a variety of equipment

HIIT

Tuesdays
9:00am – 10:00am

Wednesdays
4:30pm – 5:30pm

High Intensity Interval Training. This class will contain intense anaerobic exercise followed by brief rest periods.

Boot Camp

Boot camp is a military-style combination of calisthenics and running to strengthen all major muscle groups and increase cardiovascular capacity. Boot camp training is designed to maximize your power and strength, improve your agility, and build your endurance through a series of high-energy drills
